unfortunately I'm not aware of a plugin to implement this feature. Using CSS code only wouldn't do the trick. You'd need to extend the theme code to implement the header video feature.
I strongly recommend using a child theme for direct code adjustments. A prepared child theme folder is linked in the Uku documentation.
