    Hi!

I'm using the Onigiri theme and would like to have links in my portfolio to different project types. What I've done so far:

    1. I have created 3 different project types for my portfolio projects: Illustration, Editorial design, and Branding.

    2. Then I have assigned the project types to my projects by adding a respective slug to them (illustration, editorial-design, branding).

    3. Created three empty pages named "Illustration", "Editorial design", and "Branding", chose the "Portfolio" template for all of them, and added a corresponding slug to each of them.

However, when I click on any of the links to these new pages, a full portfolio opens instead of just the one chosen category.

What am I doing wrong? I'm working on a local server for now, could that be the reason?

    Hi Anna,

please assign your projects directly to the project types by choosing the type in the box on the right side while editing the project.

Now you can place project type menu items to your menu where you want to link from. This can be done in the customizer at Menus.

The project type pages are automatically generated by WordPress, you won't need to create pages.

The portfolio page template will always display all the projects, it's designed to be used once on a single page.

    Best,
    Marc
